Former Kira Municipality Member of Parliament Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has delivered a strongly worded message from the holy city of Mecca, where he is undertaking a religious pilgrimage, calling on Uganda's leaders to embrace accountability and warning that no earthly authority can escape divine judgment.

Speaking while in Saudi Arabia, Ssemujju said his journey to Mecca was dedicated to worship, personal reflection, and prayers for Uganda at a time when the country is experiencing heightened political tensions.
