Former Kira Municipality MP Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has opened up about a past encounter with National Unity Platform (NUP) president Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, which he says made him question whether the opposition leader was adequately prepared for the realities of politics.

Speaking during an interview with journalist Canary Mugume, Ssemujju acknowledged Bobi Wine's contribution to Uganda's opposition politics but argued that popularity alone is not enough to build a strong political institution or govern a country.

According to Ssemujju, one particular incident during the heated Age Limit Removal protests left a lasting impression on him. He recalled being arrested alongside several opposition figures, including Bobi Wine, Allan Ssewanyana, Theodore Ssekikubo, Odonga Otto, and Gerald Karuhanga.GET FULL STORY HERE.
