Speaking at a press briefing in Kampala on Friday, Gen Kayanja expressed outrage over what he described as massive electoral fraud in the recently concluded NRM primaries in Rakai District—fraud that he claims cost his sister, Asha Lubyayi Kayanja, the Woman MP flag.
