President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda shared an interesting conversation he had with the late Libyan leader, Muammar Gaddafi.
Museveni recalled how, during their meeting, he asked Gaddafi for rifles and bullets. Gaddafi, known for his strong personality and bold statements, immediately responded with a question:
"Why don’t you want money?" Museveni replied confidently, "Your Excellency, I will get money on my own."
