In a strong statement on X (formerly Twitter), Kakwenza urged Ugandans to support Ssemakadde for the presidency, arguing that he has the right intelligence and courage for the job.
"Mr. Isaac Ssemakadde should be supported by everyone to be the president of Uganda. Apart from Kizza Besigye, no other person is competent. I’m pro-intellectualism and radicalism," he wrote.
Kakwenza, who has been a strong critic of President Yoweri Museveni’s government, believes that Uganda needs a leader who is bold, intelligent, and ready to challenge the system.
