Botswana’s President, Duma Boko, has caused strong reactions after saying that no one should be president for more than 10 years. His bold statement has caught the attention of many people in Africa, especially in Uganda.
Speaking at a leadership event, President Boko said, “Anybody who wants to be president for more than 10 years is a failure.”
