Heavy security was deployed on Wednesday at the High Court in Kampala as opposition leader Kizza Besigye and his co-accused Haj Obeid Lutale Kamulegeya returned before Justice Emmanuel Baguma in a treason and misprision of treason case.
Former Kira Municipality MP Ssemujju Nganda commented on the proceedings, criticising both the conduct of the trial and the security presence at the court.
